Irrespective of the size, scale or complexity of a structure, every aspect of site operations and workmanship is monitored and recorded to ensure compliance with the project specification and the relevant codes of practice. Project-specific quality plans will be developed and implemented from “Day One” to establish relevant procedures, controls and documentation to guarantee a 'right first time' approach.
All construction works are undertaken in accordance with BS:5606 and BS:8110 unless project specific tolerances or design details dictate otherwise. Where there are particular requirements in terms of site engineering and checking, site-specific operations and procedures will be developed with our clients to ensure compliance.
PCE provide fully annotated site drawings showing the 'as built' positions of structural elements in relation to relevant datum's and coordinated controls. These contemporaneous records along with construction materials conformance data will form the mainstay of a project specific Operations and Maintenance submission.
The format of our Quality Plans and O&M submission ensure that the data gathered and submitted during construction will be of maximum assistance to clients in relation to the operation and performance of the structure.
