PCE allocates a dedicated on-site Project Manger is allocated to every project it undertakes, to provide the management resources and continuity vital to successful delivery. We recognise our clients need a highly competent and professional representative on hand to address their needs and ensure clear lines of communication.
PCE's project management team takes complete ownership of our works upon commencement of the project, not just the on-site construction activities. Every aspect of our construction works will be finitely planned in advance of any activity taking place. Detailed method statements and risk assessments that address the Health and Safety of our operatives and those around us will be compiled by the project manager, who will ensure that PCE's approach to the project satisfies all the relevant stakeholders and that this intent is communicated to our site teams.
Programming, resource allocation and management, logistics and crane coordination will all be planned by our project managers and all details communicated client's construction teams to ensure the goals of the project are achieved.
