Procurement

Every aspect of construction works will be procured through PCE's well -established and trusted network of supply chain partners, each of which has a fully auditable second tier supplier network. Every individual element required to facilitate the construction of the precast structures is competitively sourced to ensure best value and PCE has a resilient approach by having a number of 'like suppliers' who can satisfy its requirements. Where required, materials will be supplied with certification of compliance and any necessary test certificates.

Heavy plant is only sourced through trusted long-standing industry -recognised suppliers with which PCE has excellent relationships.
Wherever possible, construction materials and components will be sourced locally to the project and if feasible and appropriate, storage, silos or batching facilities will be established at the construction site.

PCE also welcomes the opportunity to share project resources whilst contributing to their provision, thus reducing the project cost and the impact on the environment.
