Feedback & Lessons Learned

At PCE, our desire to continuously develop and improve our capability, performance and service is a key factor within our business strategy. We are acutely aware that the only way we will be able to develop our capability is with feedback from our clients and the project stakeholders.

We encourage an open and honest approach to consultation and constructive feedback. We are keen to promote and participate in ongoing de-brief and review sessions throughout the course of a project to allow us to react to the needs of a project and the needs of our clients. This allows us to foster an environment within our business of learning, development and ownership along with a culture whereby we can promote recognition for positive contribution and successful delivery.

As a business that prides itself on our 'Investors in People' status as well as a leader in the development of an NVQ registration scheme for our operatives, we understand the importance of people within our organisation. We believe in the continual development of our most valuable resource and we welcome the help and input from any client that we work with.
