Following the analysis of the project costs it is not uncommon for the client's needs and expectations to change or develop.

At this stage PCE can re-assess tender designs and offer a series of options in terms of delivery strategy to the project teams. This may involve changing a connection detail or type of unit that simplifies manufacture. PCE will advise on the proposed detail changes and produce summary schedules which quantify all cost and programme benefits.
