Within the 'project team' our suppliers' ability to deliver what the project requires, when it needs it, and to the highest quality is a key factor.

Precast concrete is one of the fastest construction materials particularly in the construction of frames and cellular accommodation. In order to maximise the inherent programme and quality benefits of the system, it is vital that the components are manufactured in a timely manner, to the required quality and accuracy and that they arrive on site in a logical sequence.

Our engagement with the supply chain commences at concept with a heavy involvement from the product manufacturers to determine how the strategy will evolve. Through exploiting the capabilities of a number of products and suppliers, PCE focuses on the successful integration of those involved by creating an environment of collaboration, fairness and trust. By engaging our supply chain with the broader project objectives, they are able to maintain an efficient and cost-effective manufacturing strategy.
