Scheme Design

PCE's design team will work closely with project teams during the scheme development stage to produce fully co-ordinated building solutions. In conjunction with all lead designers PCE produce detailed layout information, component designs and interface details to fully convey the design intent.

This minimises abortive design work at commencement stage and allows a smooth transition from tender design to construction information. This can be invaluable when programme is key and design times are reduced.

Through the development of our design intent and the communication of our proposals we are able to offer transparency and certainty to the design specialists, resulting in the removal of risk and an efficient, streamlined design delivery strategy.
