Precast crosswall construction is the ideal solution for high rise apartment schemes and PCE’s innovative approach means that schemes up to 25 storeys can now be offered with our systems.
High quality architectural sandwich panels complete with fenestration and pre-fixed balcony elements remove the need for external scaffold, saving considerable time and scaffold cost. Large areas of external envelope can be left free to introduce extensive glazing zones, offering designers a flexibility not present in other systems. The internal structure can be varied in form to suit client needs, from complete full-room solutions to open plan floor designs. Elements can be finished for direct decoration where necessary and can incorporate all M&E builderswork requirements.
Our construction teams are vastly experienced in all elements of residential construction, typically achieving the equivalent of two completed apartments per day.
