Achieving the highest quality at every phase of a project is fundamental in ensuring that the maximum potential of the solution is realised. Each phase is intrinsically linked to its preceding and succeeding phases. PCE strives to establish the needs and expectations of our customers from day one. Once the expectations within the project team are defined, we are able to develop an effective strategy to ensure the quality of solution through each phase.
By providing a single source managing the flow of information through the project phases, we are able to maintain the quality strategy. PCE takes complete responsibility for every aspect of the design, procurement and construction of the project. To assist this, the quality of information produced during the design phase is fundamental in communicating the project’s requirements. Every detail, every interface, every product and every connection is identified, developed and resolved during design so that it will ultimately satisfy the client's requirements whilst also being a practical build solution..
Once the procurement phase commences PCE maintains a constant presence with all of our suppliers through their manufacturing programmes. The quality of the product is constantly monitored by our experienced procurement managers who work closely with the factory teamsallowing them and others within the supply chain to engage with the goals of the project and not just their individual contribution.
