Precast concrete, as a construction system, provides significant benefits in terms of quality and accuracy. Elements are manufactured in a factory-controlled environment in high quality moulds to very tight tolerances. The manufacturing environments they are produced in facilitates complete control of the quality of raw materials used in the production of the concrete and its consistency of texture and finish. By using architectural concrete systems, further enhancement of finish can be achieved with differing textures, colours, features and secondary finishes such as masonry.

PCE works with supply chain partners to achieve the highest standards and levels of accuracy and consistency. Design information is independently verified and checked for accuracy before it is released to the the manufacturing teams. Working closely with our supply chain we are able to identify appropriate project specific systems and procedures designed to assist our supplier in managing and maintaining quality. This attention to detail continues into the construction phase of our projects with a continued focus on transparent lines of communication and clarity of intent in terms of the quality of solution.
