Project Management

Effective management and co-ordination of the project from concept to completion is at the cornerstone of PCE's Design and Build business. We believe that through a structured approach with clear communication and an appreciation of the overall requirements of a project, the right decisions can be made at the right times to ensure success.

Each phase and process is monitored and co-ordinated by an experienced project manager. Our approach, developed over many years’ experience in delivering all types of precast concrete schemes, is to determine the critical interdependencies and stakeholders involved in the key decision-making process. Once established, a logical and sensible strategy is adopted to ensure that the needs of the stakeholders are met, while maintaining a workable plan for successful delivery, on time, to the required standard and within budget.

By focusing on the design, manufacture, logistics and construction operations at every key stage, we ensure that the best solution is adopted. With a constant focus on the health and safety of the manufacturing and construction operatives along with a careful eye on both the project programme and the associated practicalities with the delivery of the project, we are able to determine the most appropriate strategy for each phase.
