Strategies for both cladding and mechanical services are easily integrated into our structural designs. Where appropriate for the overall design intent, the structure can be made to work harder and offer more in terms of functionality.

To add further functionality the windows can be incorporated into the composite sandwich panels at the precasters works. Utilising this strategy gives a total off-site solution to the façade construction. Huge benefits in terms of programme, coordination, quality and safety are a direct result of this strategy.
Mechanical services, as detailed below can all integrated within the PCE system during the detailed design of hotel structures. These features are fully coordinated into the structural elements by PCE's experienced designers and procurement managers. Supply chain and specialists are brought together to work collaboratively and deliver a complete solution.
