Cost Analysis

The initial concept designs may result in a number of options which provide feasible construction solutions. At this stage PCE can offer cost analysis and expertise to the project teams to facilitate an informed assessment and comparison.

PCE will approach the offsite market place and select the most suitable suppliers in terms of cost, quality and programme. PCE will then provide detailed cost breakdowns and advice on benefits of the various options for project teams to review.
