Concrete Frame Construction

Frame construction is the ideal solution for providing a structure with a flexible open floor layout and external elevations for continuous areas of glazing and cladding. Precast floors at each level span between concrete beams which in turn are supported by means of a corbel or billet from a series of full height concrete columns. Open structures are formed quickly and benefit from inherent fire, thermal mass and aesthetic characteristics. External elements can also be provided with architectural finishes to create the total solution and enhance the external aesthetics.
