Conceptual Design

PCE's in-house design team provides assistance to lead designers in preparing first stage building designs. The PCE designers will review room schedules, adjacency diagrams and sketch details to advise on possible construction techniques and methodologies. This gives early assurance to project teams that building designs have offsite construction capabilities should that be the preferred route.
