As delivering the superstructure is the most critical and intensive construction operation, we are acutely aware that what we specify, design, procure and deliver to our sites will materially affect the working environment on site. This means we not only attach paramount importance to the health and safety of our erection operatives, but also those working around us on site and those within our off-site supply chain that will be influenced by PCE's approach to designing and delivering the project.

Every key decision considers the health and safety of those it will affect. Our designers work hand-in-hand with the manufacturers and constructors ensuring an informed approach when establishing the key design principles. This way, a clear link is established between the designer and the proposed solution. Also, by giving the manufacturers and constructors an opportunity to influence the scheme at the design stage, a level of understanding and ownership is developed which ultimately will lead to productive and proactive collaboration.
