PCE rose to the challenege to complete approaching 200 new properties at the rate of two units each day and hand over on time ready for final fitting out by follow-on trades.
PCE were responsible for the construction of 196 new apartments in two phases on a brownfield site close to St Helen’s town centre for Countryside Propreties Plc.
The project involved erection of some 1,000 plus precast units delivered on a just-in-time basis and was completed ahead of schedule.
