For 40 years PCE have been constructing large scale parking structures for clients in a variety of industry standard systems and products. Each system tends to be similar in its approach -- column and beam frame construction in structural 'grey' concrete, which tend to rely heavily on temporary works, slow ingdown construction and requiring careful and skilled management.

PCE's innovative car park design combines the beam and column in a portal frame arrangement, creating an aesthetically pleasant external frame that can be offered in grey concrete or a variety of architectural reconstituted stone finishes. This portal arrangement minimises site propping, reduces elements and improves construction durations. The permanent edge protection railing can be fitted within the frames off site to further minimise timescales.

Internally, all flooring, walls, stairs and landings are in a high quality grey concrete finish. Soffits to floor areas may be provided with downstands or completely flat dependant on architectural preference and design constraints.
